Before you call
What should I have ready before I call?
Nothing formal. A price range, the areas you are considering and a rough timeline are enough for a first conversation. If you are buying with a loan, a lender's pre-approval helps later, and it is worth knowing whether your loan would be above Williamson County's 2026 conforming limit of $1,029,250. If you are selling, have a sense of when you would like to move.
Do I have to sign anything before talking to Brianna?
No. A first call or message carries no obligation. The written buyer agreement that NAR rules have required since August 17, 2024 is needed before you tour a home with an agent, in person or by live video. It sets out the services and how the agent is paid, and you can ask about any term before you sign.
Will I get calls or texts if I send the form?
Only if you give a phone number and tick the consent box. The phone field is optional, so you can leave it blank and hear back by email instead. If you do agree to calls and texts, reply STOP to any text to stop them. Your details are used only to reply to your inquiry and are never sold.
Does Brianna work with sellers as well as buyers?

For sellers, that includes pricing from recent closed sales and a choice between marketing the home publicly and the private listing options NAR rules have allowed since 2025, such as an office exclusive or a delayed marketing listing.
